I have gotten myself another store, this time at C&B - Chaos and Beauty. This is the SLURL. The owner of this place is Nite Zelmanov, and he is renting out places here at L$60 per week for 20 prims, which is a reasonable price, considering that this place attracts reasonably high traffic. You can find shops here selling clothes and gadgets. There is also an art gallery just beside, for those who like to appreciate art pieces.

My store at C&B - Chaos and Beauty
Update: As of 28 Mar 07, Chaos and Beauty has moved from Cheju to Peacock Park, and due to the move, I was unable to secure a shop at the new Chaos and Beauty. So I am no longer selling things at Chaos and Beauty, but do feel free to visit this place for the art gallery.
